Netherthird Community Garden - NEW FOR 2017

Description

Netherthird Community Garden is an oasis of calm in the centre of the Ayrshire countryside. We have a lovely cottage garden, flower beds, vegetable beds, and wooden gazebos funded by Prince Charles' Foundation.  There is also a beach, play area, vintage cafe, a new nature trail, fairy door hunt and lots more. Volunteers run the garden which is used by a wide range of community groups and all the children and nursery children from the adjacent Netherthird Primary during the week.

Directions

Driving south on the A76 Cumnock by-pass look for the roundabout signed B7083, take this exit which heads to Cumnock, after few hundred yards take right turn into Craigens Road, Netherthird Primary School is on the right. Parking available here, Community Garden nearby. Disabled parking at garden.

£3.00, accompanied children free

Netherthird Community Development Group receives 40%, the net remaining to SG Beneficiaries
