Wander through the woods at Stenwood and marvel at the fabulous plantings of water loving plants at the Community garden. See the 60 foot water rill at The Quoy stretching towards the sea and Kierfold House with its ancient walled garden bursting with perennial treasures. Go south to Herston to see two small wonderful gardens by the sea and then onto St Margaret's Hope to the Marengo Garden. The gardens survive the harshest weather but are filled with roses and vegetables, they are not to be missed! Cream teas at Marengo Centre and refreshments at Dalkeith Poly Tunnel.
