At 960 feet the garden was started in 2000 from a two acre bare site around a renovated croft cottage. In an exposed and elevated position, the hedge and shrub planting gives some protection for the many new and now established varied herbaceous beds, whilst retaining the open views. There are two large natural ponds with ducks, a rill fed 'boggery', greenhouses, fish pond and covered areas for our fine collection of summer begonia baskets.
Parking on the main road (A721) then walk to the garden (approximately 200 yards). (if available the adjacent field may be used to park, see signs.)
Sunday 23 July 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Triple Negative Breast Cancer Research (Anne Konishi Memorial Fund) receives 40%, the net remaining to SG Beneficiaries
Strawberry cream teas will be served in the garden using our collection of vintage china.
