Clayfolds - NEW FOR 2017

Description

An informal country garden extending to a half acre, with a further six acres of wildflowers, native trees and a pond.  Wildlife friendly mixed borders are filled with shrubs and perennials and include a ‘hot’ border with various flaxes and a variety of hot coloured plants.  Follow the tracks through the recently developed 6 acre ‘wildlife garden’ and see what native fauna and flora you can spot. Native northern marsh orchids are out in profusion from late May to July.

Directions

SatNav – AB39 3RU but travel inland a further 1.5 miles to Clayfolds General Directions: Travelling in either direction on the A90, 3 miles north of Stonehaven, take the road signposted Netherley 3, continue travelling inland for approx. 1.5 miles and you will then be directed where to park.
