Description

An 1812 Gothic addition by James Gillespie Graham to the 1693 house with glorious views over Loch Lomond. A good selection of rhododendrons, azaleas, selected shrubs and trees can be seen along with an extensive walled garden with glasshouses, pergola and ornamental plantings. There is a family burial ground as well as garden trails.

Directions

Gartocharn one and a half miles off A811. Bus: Balloch to Gartocharn leaves Balloch at 1pm and 3pm.
