Description

Moon Cottage has a fairly young garden. It has grown up over the past ten to fifteen years on the edge of farm land adjacent to a wood plantation. There are herbaceous beds, a wonderful variety of shrubs and trees, a vegetable patch, fruit trees and a pond.  There is also a folly!

Directions

One and a half miles on B824 from the Keir roundabout to Doune - at stone walled entrance to Greeenyards farm track on the right . (Do not go down to white cottages, Biggins, as per GPS. Take next track on right after half a mile). Coming from Doune take the B824 to Bridge of Allan the track entrance is on the left, about half mile past the David Stirling Memorial statue. Follow the yellow garden open signs.

Other Details

The grass may be soft if it has been wet. Some paths are a bit rough.
