Finstown Community Garden KW17 2JX A chance to see some of the gardens you missed, with cream teas being served in the lovely gardens of Aviedale overlooking Eynhallow Sound with spectacular views towards Rousay. Homemade treats at Dalkeith Poly Tunnel where some prize winning vegetables will be on show along with champion chickens and a new greenhouse. Take time to travel north to Birsay to see Annies Place demonstrating some beautiful annual planting right by the beach. Quarrybank is a garden owned by two florists and the mixture of ponds, hillside planting with a wonderful collection of hostas and wild life gardening demonstrates their excellent eye for colour and structure. Midhouse is only open on this day and will demonstrate some spectacular ways to garden on steep slopes; a newly planted garden with some truly innovative ideas.
