St Vincents Hospice Garden - NEW FOR 2017

Description

Created in 2015, this is a fully accessible garden which has been designed to be a tranquil and restful space. With a large wildlife pond and feature drystone walling, the garden has several seating areas -  one known as "rest-a-while". There are different planting areas, including large herbaceous beds, raised sensory bed, memorial rose border underplanted with white heathers and a wildflower border with a pond teeming with frogs, newts and dragonflies.

Directions

St Vincent's Hospice is signposted from the B787 between Johnstone and Howwood.

Admissions

£3.00 and any additional donations welcome

Beneficiaries

St Vincent's Hospice receives 40%, the net remaining to SG Beneficiaries

Other Details

The Barn Tea Room will be open for teas, coffees, home baking and light refreshment with all proceeds going towards the running costs of the Hospice.
