The grounds of Brodie Castle are carpeted with daffodils in the spring and include a National Collection of over 110 different cultivars bred at the property by a former laird. Good displays of other spring bulbs and shrubs including dog’s tooth violet and rhododendrons.  
On these special SG open days garden staff will be leading guided tours of the garden and talking about the history of the daffodil collection at Brodie.  See the NTS website nearer the date for the tour times.


Off A96 4½ miles west of Forres and 24 miles east of Inverness.

Normal NTS admission applies. Garden tour £3.00 (including NTS members).

National Plant Collection ®: Narcissus (Brodie cvs.). Tea, coffee and cakes will be available to purchase in the tea room. The servery in the castle will be open. Pots of daffodils, including a very limited stock of Brodie cultivars will be available to purchase. Contact the property for further information.
