Haugh Garden Virtual Visit

Enjoy this beautiful pictorial visit of the Haugh Garden. . If you would like to donate towards our fundraising this year, please use the button below.

Haugh Garden is in the seventh year of development. From previously unmaintained woodland we have created a spring garden with informal paths and with extensive drifts of snowdrops and over 40 varieties of tulips. Colour interest continues with a collection of hellebores, daffodils, narcissi and rhododendrons. A wildlife pond is situated in a corner of the woodland close to the ruins of an 18th-century farmhouse. Extensive colourful herbaceous borders enclose the lawns, with a central rose bed and small orchard. The immature pine and birch woodland has been thinned out allowing bluebells to flower and is now planted with a wide range of shrubs to give all year round interest. Meandering paths lead round small meadow areas, a polytunnel and organic beds.
